3. Intermediation service 
Delivly acts solely as an intermediary platform between delivery drivers and companies.

4. Obligations of the delivery person
Comply with traffic and transportation regulations
Make deliveries diligently
Use the platform correctly
Keep your personal and banking information up to date.

5. Terms of Use and Compensation
The remuneration will be established by each distribution company; Delivly will retain a commission as indicated during the process.
Payments will be made according to the informed modality: daily, weekly, or monthly.

6. Rating and statistics
You will be able to rate the companies; those ratings are taken into account to improve the matching and the quality of the service.

7. Responsibility
We are not responsible for any damages caused during the service; we only act as facilitators. However, you can notify us of incidents through the customer service channel.

8. Data protection
They are governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications
Delivly may modify these Terms. We will inform you in advance and a new version will be published with a date.

10. Termination of service
You can unsubscribe as long as you don’t have any active deliveries. Delivly reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts for serious breaches.
